Dr. Frank A Crociata, DO

I’m not sure where you got that review but that was not for me. I worked with this doctor very briefly, and he was found to be very systematic, very professional, and very good with the public and his patience. I would appreciate it if you would remove the negative review that I never left.

In that time I found him to be very thorough kind and organized. He is a very good doctor, very kind I would highly recommend him. I would love to have the opportunity to work with him and any other doctor he chooses to work with . Sharon Ducci, CMA,CPT

i would not recommend this Dr. or his APRN. they are rude and abrupt! never listens to anything you have to say. never orders prescriptions that even out for amounts in between ordering! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

I was greeted within minutes of my appointment. Within minutes after a thorough review of my medical history with Dr. Crotiata’s PA, Rachel, the doctor greeted me. What stood out the most was how well he listened to me and how quickly we agreed on an approach to improve my medical situation. He made me feel like I was his most important client. I am very confident, and motivated, to get started on a path to a better life with his help.

Dr. Crociata is okay as far as doctor's go WHEN you can get an appointment to see HIM. Dr. Crociata's APRN is horrible. He is hard to get an appointment with and i WILL NOT take anymore appointments with his APRN. She misdiagnosed me, insulted me and rushed me.

Dr. Crociata, in my opinion is always a hit or miss. I find myself constantly telling him what I want done rather than him telling me what the next step is/should be. I'm young (early 30's), I'm currently having health problems that at my age I shouldn't be having, given that I live a healthy lifestyle. His response always, "there's nothing wrong with you." Since my body was feeling otherwise, I went to a specialist for the same thing and I was put on medication and antibiotics for a month because the infection was so bad it had reached my bone. That was pretty scary, so I'm shopping for new doctor.... Oh and lets not forget his wife who's the "office manager", for some weird reason she walks into my room and says " Hi I'm the doctors wife" (not the office manager.) So you could imagine my face and thoughts "umm ok, so why are you in my room? after a very awkward silence and her staring at me she says "I'm also the office manager" maybe she was a little intimated by me, but that… behavior was completely unprofessional. If you need to speak to me about a claim don't tell me your his wife because that's irrelevant, your doing your job as a manager. I could care less if she's his wife as I'm not there looking for love. =/

I would have completely agreed with everyone else as to his nurse. I hadn't been there in two years and that was the primary reason. I just went last week and someone new was there. She is as caring as he is. So happy for the change in staff, now I don't cringe as I walk in the door.

Having to wait over an hour for a scheduled Dr's appointment is not acceptable. An appointment solely for a vaccine should be a fairly quick visit. I would not recommend this office to anyone

I must agree with everyone,his primary nurse is rude and sacastic.I can't beleive so many doctors have such rudeoffice staff.Beyond that Dr. Crociata is a pleasant,caring doctor who is verythrough.

I have to agree with some of the other posts here. The rceptionist is beyond rude, I cant believe she is still employed
