Office staff for this physician are not professional. I used to see another physician in the practice who moved to another state. I have been seeing this physician for the past 18 months. Staff never let me speak to this physician. I had an issue with a new prescription he wrote me for an infection. He had supposedly faxed in the pharmacy. The pharmacy printed out the call log where the prescription was called in inaccurately by the nurse and not faxed in. By inaccurately the nurse left off major information or two components of the three components of the RX. I tried to talk to the physician about it and multiple staff prevented me from doing that. I tried speaking with the office manager and she had "stepped out of the office in the middle of the afternoon. I called in to the office and politely requested the prescription be switched to another pharmacy and had same issues with the call in this time the pharmacist told me a different component was given and the two other… components deliberately left out. The pharmacist had left a message with the office requesting clarification for the prescription and no call back. I made a grievance with my insurance company and I am switching primary physicians. It is sad that I have to do this as all those people are supposed to be striving to provide patient care we hope that is of a good standard.

We love Dr. Demery! He is a brilliant doctor, and he has taken care of our entire family for many years. Not once have we had a problem. His office staff is amazing, caring, and professional, especially Brandy, who treats us like were are family. Your family is the greatest gift you will ever have, and you will not find a more caring and trustworthy doctor than Dr. Demery. Say hi to Dewey and Kingston when you are there, his patient care dogs. Dr. Demery's office always goes the extra mile.

The staff, and maybe even the MDs, need to brush up on patient's rights. Apparently they believe they can hold test records hostage to nickel and dime you into paying for more visits.

My family has been going to Dr. Demery for about 7 years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. He is very professional, caring, and personable.
