Nightmare...several people will have the same time appointment....Waiting takes forever...He charges 3 times more than other Drs....I know..I called to check on a procedure that he charged 4600.00 The other Dr. charged 1200.00.....And It was done the same day!!!!!!!!

Worst doctor I've ever been to! Turn around and run the other way! Go to a real professional. I feel he's in it for the money, and made promises he couldn't deliver on.

One must understand there own health before going to him, be your OWN advicate.... Please do NOT hesitate to say, "No, I'm going to get a second opinion first".... There is no person that should feel made to sign up for a procedure who is not fully conveniced that the procedure is the exact thing you need. Please Be Your OWN ADVOCATE do your Dr. research, ask questions like, " How many patients does he see," " HOw many patients has had adverse reactions" " How many patients that has this procedure ended up with worse vision than when they started" "Does this facility mandate there employees to be tested and trained" "Does this facility mandate that ALL Employee's Be Drug Tested"...Know your facility.... Know your doctor.... Be safe.

Frank Emert is the worst doctor I have ever met. He is rude, he does not care about his patients. I have been there while he yells and curses at his employees, he sexually harasses his employees and patients. His work is very poor. He is nice to your face and then talks very bad about you once you have left. He flaunts money in your face. He is a very rude human being.
