Dr. Frank William Faris, MD

The absolute WORST DR/patient experience EVER!! Absolutely dismissive, rude & insulting. Shows NO compassion, rushes you, talks over you, does not listen to you. No eye contact right from the introduction tells you a lot about a Dr. Talks so fast like an auctioneer. When you try to ask questions for better understanding, he doesn’t give answers he rushes you through the whole appointment. Total lack of compassion. Never ever experienced anything like this with any Dr. If your looking to understand what’s going on with your body.....this is not the Dr to consult with. Left the office feeling extremely upset & disappointed.

Clinic staff needs improvement with customer service

Didn't explain what my diagnosis is and what is needed to help me. Speaks quickly and is impatient. It is a waste of time seeing Dr. Faris and there are many Doctors that appear to genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Faris is not one of them.

I've been a pt of Dr Faris for years and he not only is an excellent doctor, but he also has a wonderful bed side manner, listens to his patients and makes you feel like you matter to him. Also, he just happens to be my PCP's gastro doctor, too :)

I've been a patient of Dr Faris for years and regard him as a top doctor. He is very personable, listens intently to your needs, is friendly and has an excellent bed side manner, all of which are important to me. He also just happens to be my primary doctor's Gastro doctor, too :)

Dr. Faris communicates with my other doctors, returns phone calls promptly. His new office has easier access. Staff is friendly.

I'm not sure what's happening with this office but I can not seem to get a call back. I have left 5 messages over the past week and a half regarding an upcoming appointment (leaving several phone numbers to reach me) and no one has returned my call. I'm not even sure if the office is open at this point. I've even called the surgery center and they've agreed to contact the front desk regarding my appointment but I still haven't heard anything. I'm at a loss. I guess I just don't show up at my scheduled appointment and find another dr which stinks because I've waited months for this one.

Dr was hurried and spoke very quickly and seemed to not be very interested in what I had to say. After 2 office visits, the Dr. was unable to give me a diagnosis or a treatment for my colon condition. There are too many good Doctors to see, so I wouldn't waste my time with Dr. Faris

He is wonderful, but his scheduler (Brenda) is a whole other matter - rushed, too busy, not patient and not understanding. I called because i needed help with colonoscopy prep details - explained I am elderly and that she needs to slow down so I can understand her. What I got was impatience and her totally talking down to me - saying a child should understand the instructions. WOW! Then she said, 'after you mix the prep, you swallow it. Do you understand that is what you are supposed to do?" What did SHE think I was going to do with it? I was furious and will report her unprofessionalism and rudeness when I have my procedure. This is no way to treat a patient and reflects poorly on Dr. Faris.

Dr. Faris MD is one of the finest doctors in the Las Vegas Valley. A very caring and concerned professional. Whether at his office or when I'm in the hospital, I know I can expect and receive top notch care. I credit him with keeping me healthy and alive.
