This was not my first cosmetic surgery, however, it was my first with Dr. Fechner and his team. Everyone here is absolutely amazing. I had an upper bleph and could not be happier with the results. One thing I love about this practice is how friendly everyone is and knowledgeable.

Dr. Fechner and his team did an excellent job. The attention to detail, availability to answer questions and see me in the office were greatly appreciated. My results look 10x refreshed and natural and I have my jawline back. I also appreciated that Dr. Fechner has years of experience working with men and the case studies to prove it. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Fechner and his wonderful staff! While this is a journey, the whole experience is talked with the doctor and the wonderful staff he has working alongside him. The end result is so very special and satisfying.

Dr. Fechner is a master at his abilities to create the desired look of youthfulness. He is very informative and answers all your questions and concerns. I has a Q lift + Lip lift, and concerns of mouth. I am so pleased with his work. I highly recommend Dr. Fechner. 100 percent satisfied.
