Dr. Frank Webster Garber, MD

I've been being treated by Dr. Garber for a year & a half & am very pleased with my treatments & improvement in my vision. I was nearly blind in one eye when I was referred to him & still undergoing treatments but he has restored nearly all my vision. He's very friendly, professional & so impressive with how quick he gets the treatments done. I don't dread my appointments because everyone at the clinic is so nice & friendly. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Garber may be a fine Dr. however it is difficult to tell as he is in such a hurry. I tried multiple times to have a conversation with him and his staff, to no avail. My questions were not heard and we walked away feeling more confused than when we came. My husband described the office as a money making facory... an accurate description.

Dr. Garber is frequently running behind schedule BUT he never leaves the room until all my questions are answered. For me that's a worthwhile trade off. Most doctors these days are aways watching the clock.

I visited Dr Garber and was extremely disappointed. He spent next to no time answering my questions and literally walked away to his next patient as I was speaking with him. I think he spent less than 1 minute answering concerns I had with my vision. And the questions I did ask, he had no substantial answers for. He was arrogant and had no compassion of information to share.
