Dr. Frank Iannetta, MD

I've been going to dr. Iannetta for 20+ years. He always listens to you and never makes you feel rushed. He's always very pleasant. I always ask for Dr Iannetta when making an appointment.

I've been a patient at Changebridge for the past 15+ years - I've primarily been seeing Dr. Iannetta for the last five or so years. Dr. Iannetta is very friendly and outgoing. He encourages questions, he explains lab results. I never feel rushed, and I feel valued as a patient.

Disappointed, level of care not expected. Unfortunately spending time filling out information on their computer system is more important than focusing on the conversation. Felt like the appointment was rushed, we were talking as he was leading me out of the door.

Dr. Iannetta is a very patient, caring, and kind man. He is also very knowledgeable and makes sure that his patients are comfortable when they are with him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ianetta for over 30 years and see him primarily for my yearly physicals. I always show up with a list of questions to ask when we are in the exam room and NO MATTER how may questions I have, he spends the time to answer them. I tell him all the time that he better not retire because I would never want to see anyone else! Not only is he my Primary but I also consider him a friend!

Listens well , very knowledgeable, on time

Dr. Iannetta is the best. He never rushes you. He always takes the time to speak with you.

Primarily my dislike revolves around the office this Doctor works in. Doctor is fine but office atmosphere is not. Office staff seems very incompetent and disorganized. No one pays attention to the patients at check out and sit with their backs to the counter and continue working on their computers. Should designate a receptionist that works directly with patients at check in and check out and have that be their only responsibility because it seems that office personal are not capable of multitasking.Office scheduled me in thier system on wrong day and sent me a bill for no show fee, billed me for a preventative office visit which is 100% covered by my insurance, were rude and had no sense of urgency when I requested a doctor prior authorization in order to obtain perscription coverage.

When a request related to insurance is made outside of an appointment,there appears to be a lack of cooperation. It is not clear if the problem is the nurse Katharine, who can be downright nasty in person (as experienced on 3 occasions), or if the problem is Dr Ianetta, who is always amiable in person.This is something that needs to be corrected, whatever the source.

It is a good Dr. but only for well and healthy people. [those people do not need a doctor anyway]If you have any health issue, they will not help you.Every time you have a Sick patient urgent appointment you will see a different Doctor, very slow progress, and no follow up for test results.
