Waited until after he had looked at and handled my boobs before telling me he doesn’t take out of town patients. Made me feel small during consult. Regret ever meeting him

We love Dr Lau. I drove almost 5 hours one way for Charley, my teen girl to see Dr Lau and he was always prompt and to the point, he spent quality time with us. I never felt rushed or that he was in too much of a hurry to answer questions or listen. He is very kind and concerned about his patients, very serious about what he does and has such a passion for getting his patients well. After my 15 year old daughter had surgery and returned for follow up appts she said Dr Lau is my friend. Charley found Dr. Lau to be "hipster" and funny, easy to talk to. Its been a couple months since we've seen him and she has mentioned that she misses him and his nurse. We may pop in and say hi. I highly recommend Dr Lau and will always be thankful for him, he has made a difference in my daughters life.
