Dr. Frank Lombano, MD

I have never had a worse experience with a doctor in my entire life. I went in for my yearly exam. He was beyond rude and abrasive. Told my if I wanted a breast exam that there was a clinic for that and when he finally did agree to do the exam... he treated my breasts like I had leprosy. There are no words to explain how horrible he treated me as a patient. I now have to make another appointment with another Kaiser doctor because I wasn't comfortable discussing any of my female issues with him. I wish I would have walked out of the appointment before he even had a chance to examine me.

After spending most of my appointment chewing me out because I dare to use bio-identical hormones instead of what he recommends, he finally did my uterine biopsy. He scared me to death and caused me a week of extreme stress then couldn't be bothered to return my messages requesting the results of my biopsy. Dr. Lombano has THE WORST bedsidea manner I have ever experiences. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone!!! Kaiser needs to dump this guy! I gave him one star, which he doesn't even deserve.

Terrible bed side manner,,, treated me like I was stupid and uneducated, was very aggressive during the pap, when I was complaining about it hurting... Has no compassion and just ignored me. He never solved my problem or made any suggestions on what I should do next, basically said your not pregnant, so I can't help you and left me hanging. I would strongly recommend not going to do to doctor Lombano, there is a reason why it is so easy to get an appointment with him, it's because he is so terrible no one wants an appointment.

Great Doctor, very knowledgeable and patient oriented. Also he is a board certified surgeon, when you want to have surgery this is VERY important.
