Dr. Frank Lopez, MD

He is a wonderful Doctor. I have been his patient for years. He is responsive and his team works well with My Chart.

I will not go back to him! His bedside manner is terrible and it’s all about the money with these people. He has 6 locations. How can he be a carrying doctor when he tells you nothing. Other than makes the statement if there is anything wrong at all. Each and ever human being knows there body better than anyone. I was once told remember there practicing medicine. So very true . Now I have an excellent GI doctor who cares and very compassionate ! He goes far and beyond and doesn’t blame it on scar tissue. My new doctor has found the problem that Dr Lopez did not care to find! Good riddance

I have been a patient of Dr. Lopez (gastroenterologist) for about 12 years. I have extremely complicated digestive problems and he has been amazing since almost the moment I met him. I do have to admit, the very couple of times that I saw him he did seem a little distant and cold. I really think this is because he was just trying to get an understanding of my long medical history. After that, it is been completely smooth sailing. Dr. Lopez is extremely compassionate and his knowledge of all things GI is impeccable. He will not talk down to you, but we'll break things down if there's something that you don't understand. I feel that some of the bad reviews are due to patients who only saw him once or twice. If you do choose him as your gastro I highly recommend giving him at least a couple of visits before you make a determination on keeping him as your doctor. I also wanted to add that the staff in his office and his assistant are top shelf. They are a true team and work together as… one. I have also been very impressed by how quickly I hear back from him or his assistant, and they have been extremely accommodating when it comes to my needs. So, when it comes to Dr. Frank Lopez, I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Worst doctors office ever. Be prepared to pay a lot more than the quotes you get (almost 50% more than was quoted) and be prepared for no one to give a flip about you or anything but your money. Doctor was made aware of the billing issues and came back with what amounts to a pile of do not care. Worst thing is the procedure wasn't even needed, it was more for confirmations that everything was still the same. His nurse is even worse, never follows up on anything like she says she will. Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had at a gastro in my life and I will never be back there.

I had my Colonoscopy this morning, office staff and Dr. Lopez Very Professional, clean facilities. I would Highly recommend Dr.Lopez.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank Lopez for over five years, unfortunately he is an internist only or he would be my primary care physician. He very professional and knows his medicine, he has helped me several times and also two colonoscopies. His staff are very professional and courteous and I would say the best of all the doctors offices in north Georgia I have attended. If you want to quit wasting time with serious issues and getting a run around then this is your man.

After being referred to 3 Dr's, and many expensive tests, it took Dr Lopez only a minute to recognize my problem, and he fixed it the next day in surgery. He is brilliant, friendly and extremely caring, I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!!!

The doctor may be okay if you can get past the office staff and his nurse. Don't expect to be called back unless you are important and have money. They don't worry about how you feel unless you do.

my step father visited this doctor, with major problems, not being able to eat for more than two weeks, cannot swallow food, blood in mucus, also in feces.this dr. did nothing!!all he did was complain about getting up at 6:00 in the morning and with a very heavy schedule, he also complained about not having enough time for this patient. Why is he allowed to practice medicine?
