Dr. Frank A Madalone, DDS

I called Dr. Madalone's office in pain and in urgent need of a root canal. Problem was ... I wasn't his patient. Despite that fact, I was treated like I had been going there for many years. The office staff was friendly, informative and courteous, giving me an appointment right away. There was no wait time even though I had been added to the schedule at the last minute (the sign of a well-managed office). Dr. Madalone could not have been kinder. He was easy to talk with and thorough in his exam.He explained that he would like to try and save my tooth first before doing the root canal. I was so appreciative of his efforts, but Dr. Madalone cautioned that I still may need a root canal. By the next day, it was clear that I did. Again, when I called the office, the receptionist graciously found a time slot for me to come in. Here's the really amazing part ... not only did Dr. Madalone treat me on an emergency basis and like I was a long-time patient, he did so knowing I would not be a… "steady customer" because my brother is my dentist. Honest, a true professional, good moral character! We will pay your kindness forward!
