Dr. Frank Reid Malkin, MD

Dr. Malkin does not care about his patients in the least bit. He is rude, unprofessional, and quick to blame the patient for their body's issues.

He doesn’t care about his patients. He doesn’t listen to them or console them. He told me my sickness is all in my head because a few of his physical tests passed. Would never recommend.

Office keeps changing appointments. Hard to reach office. They are never there. I keep getting an answering service.

Runs a good office and is a very thorough diagnostician. Been my PCP for many years

It was impossible to get information from it's service desk...worst phone service than calling to get a computer fixed from HP

Getting appointments and the waiting time at Dr. Malkin's office can be challenging. You will be put on hold as soon as you call the doctor office.Doc is good and thorough. He talks a lot, and can be direct in his questions. I find him almost rude, but have confidence in him.Recommend him but be prepared for long wait times. Staff and the doc may appear rude and impatient.
