Dr. Frank Jose Martell, MD

I showed up for my appointment and we had issues with my insurance. I was on hold with insurance company while in the drs. waiting room, and since the insurance company took too long (20 min) to solve the issue, I was told it was past my appointment time and I would have to re-schedule. All the time the receptionist was on a social call on the phone. Unprofessional and completely not understanding. I value time as I'm in the service industry, but this was ridiculous. I decided to leave and find another doctor.

I take my son to do an allergy test the staff were really loving but the doctor never show me his face he talked to me a few stuff looking to the computer all the time . I summit some questions that he do not asnwer , never feel so bad with a doctor before.

I suffered from allergies and asthma for many years, tried many other Drs. and treatments, nothing worked until my friend recommended Dr. Martell and I was thrilled, he was the only one that was able to control my allergies. Thank you to Dr. Martell and all his staff!

A competent and very attentive doctor. I was reallly happy with his professional staff as well.
