As if dealing with aging and ailing isn't stressful enough, having to deal with this office almost put me over the edge! Why does it take a month to get a referral to see an oncologist for a patient that has been diagnosed with cancer? Or why should a patient have to reschedule a surgery to find out IF they HAVE cancer because the office staff can't get their act together on referrals? RUN!!! don't walk from this office. I can't comment on the doctor, because I've never met him and according to my parent, they rarely see him. BTW, this staff is completely stressed out and it comes across to their patients. There is no empathy for their patients and family. Apparently they're "understaffed"....not my problem. My parent needed a referral 3 weeks ago! WHY anybody would work there is beyond me! Off to find a new PCP.

I have be seeing Dr Martinez, for several years. He is smart, compassionate and a fantastic MD. I as a nurse, know he is an exceptionally great MD. He takes his time with his pts. Staff has always been, warm, kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Frank Martinez.

Went in for a check up. Excellent providers, amazing staff. Asked for Office Manager very friendly. Complimented her and the staff. Thank you for the care and great service. I will recommend my friends, family. I will give your office 5 stars..

I have going to this office for almost 14 years, as of recently the care I have received is not up to par. I am at this time going to another Dr. because I was told that because I had not been seen in 6 months that they would no longer refill my prescriptions. I went in about 2 weeks ago I had gotten sick on my vacation wanted to get checked had to see the PA, not a great idea, so no blood work just vitals and she agreed with me that I had gotten a bad case of food poisoning. The PA then told me to come back the following Monday for a follow up-which I was going to use to get my prescriptions refilled, well got to the office and low and behold the PA called in sick. I cancelled walked away and called different Dr's to get a new physician. I feel like I am just a number now, no personal vibe at all.

Never see doctor wait time is getting longer in lobby then go to exam room for another 30 min before anybody shows up .Been with doctor along time since he was just starting good recommended many people to him .but now he over books and had a lobby full and they closed and took hr and half lunch with people in waiting room . but you run late they they charge you or cancel appt but our time don`t matter

Very disappointing experience with this doctor's office. I went in for a referral to see a specialist due to a sciatic nerve issue with my left leg and was given an ultrasound on my right leg. Was also given orders for bloodwork??? Seems like nurses are running the business with no support from the doctor. It has been almost two full weeks since I went in to this doctor's office and although I received promises that a referral would be given "Very Soon", all I keep getting is that "the person who handles referrals is out today". If you call in to the office's referral department, you get a recording telling you that message box is full. Very bad communication within this office and it seems like no one ever shows up for work (including the doctor). I also had to see a nurse practitioner on the day I went in because the doctor did not show up to work! I dropped this doctor as my PCP - he is too busy to see his patients and his office is not capable of properly treating his patients for… him.

The staff and providers are great. Very humble. They seem to go above and beyond. thank you ..

Two years ago I visited his office and was accepted as a new patient. I did not see the doctor only one of his Nurse Practitioner. Since than she became the person to make decision about the renew or refusal of my medication. This week she refused to renew refill of my sleeping medication. She has no idea what is like to be without night sleep. Todays night will be without sleep. Same for Saturday, and Sunday night. On Monday I'll go to dr. Martinez office to see the Nurse Practitioner, and thank her for her (kind professional,) care.
