Dr. Frank Paul Matteace, MD

Doctor Matteace is so down to earth and very caring and helpful. he always smiles. i am a very fast paced person with no patience his receptionist was extremely nice to me even though i was an hour late she was very kind to me and believe me i did not deserve it. these people are awesome its hard to find a good doctor but finding a great doctor and a great staff together is like hitting the lottery . i love them

Dr. Matteace has been my primary doctor for almost 10 years. His entire operation is extremely well run and efficient. It's always been a stress free pleasant experience for me. His entire staff is friendly and always courteous. I never wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment. Dr. Matteace is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. NOT judgmental or arrogant like many others in his field. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality physician!

This office is extremely incompetant when it comes to keeping files. I understand when they mixed my paperwork up with my father's since I am a Junior but to have someone else's pages filed in my chart is unacceptable. I requested a copy of my records so I could switch doctors and I received copies for a patient that does not have any relation to me. They do not take patient privacy seriously. They even asked my sister-in-law why I was leaving. She had no idea that I was looking for another doctor. It took them 3 weeks to inform me that I need to pay for a copy of my records. During these 3 weeks, I had contacted them repeatedly and was told that the request is on the doctors desk and waiting for him to fill it out, not once was I told to make a payment before they could process the request. I've had appointments at the same time as my father and had to wait for an hour or more after my appointment time to be seen. Meanwhile, my father is called in on time and left before I was… even seen. I was told by the doctor that he did not have time to complete my FMLA and Short Term Disability paperwork because he had other patients that he needs to see.

Dr. Matteace is absolutely amazing! I saw him today for the first time, and as a new patient he made me feel so welcome and comfortable. His staff was so friendly, helpful, and happy, which you hardly see at doctors' offices anymore. Dr. Matteace spent a lot of time with me and didn't rush at all, answered all of my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable, especially about the condition I was seeing him for. His bedside manner was fabulous, and he was so understanding, not judgmental at all like some other doctors I've seen. I look forward to working with him and his staff, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great, compassionate doctor!

Doctors are great. Office staff makes me feel like I am bothering and annoying them when I check in, set up a new appointment or ask a question.
