Dr. Frank William Mocek, MD

Incredibly condescending and rude. Constantly told me I wasn't healing fast enough, from a condition he claimed was the worst he had ever seen, weeks after he completed my surgery. He then told me it would be at least 2 years before I recovered from the surgery... It has been over 4 years, and I am now having to consult new doctors to repair his botched surgery, because despite following ALL instructions given to me, I am still not healed. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away caused me permanent nerve damage and had have extensive surgeries to fix his mistake

I phoned the Dr. Mocek office before I took my 78 year old mother for her appointment and asked if he did the procedure she needed. When we actually seen the Dr. Mocek we were informed he did not do this procedure!!!!! Paid $35 I have never been so mad in my life. Office lady is very incompetent how could she not know he didn't do the procedure needed???

Please find another surgeon. His lack of thoroughness resulted in 3 operations, a total of 20 days in the hospital and 2.5 months of antibiotics/PIC line. Not to mention the devastating scar he put on my body...I can't look in the mirror.

Terrible bedside manner, told me the pain I was feeling couldn't be that bad. Was very argumentative rolled his eyes at me. Told me on my second surgery that the incision would be maybe an inch and I woke up with an incision from my navel to the pubic bone. Horrible!!
