Dr. Frank J Nolan is Truly a knowledgeable, remarkable and professional that I respect and trust.

He is a wonderful doctor! So kind, compassionate and makes you feel like you are important...not just a number. I'd give him 20 stars if I could!

Dr. Nolan has been treating me for rheumatoid arthritis for over 25 years. He is not only a consummate professional in every way he is also one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. He takes time with his patients, treats them with utmost care and concern and reviews carefully each patient's needs. His office staff, including all health care professionals are responsive to patients.

Great experience from the professionalism of the office staff to the warm, caring, exam and visit with Dr. Nolan. He is VERY nice and never seemed rushed or distracted. Turns out I don't really need his help at this time but I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I drove an hour to go see Dr. Nolan based on the reviews of the Rheumatologists in my area (negative). I was not yet diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder but I suspected I had one so I wanted the best I could afford as it was a little scary. Dr. Nolan was wonderful. I could go on about all he did but I'll just say he did everything right. I'm a computer professional and like to do my own research. He wasn't intimidated or aggravated at my research and questions and encouraged me to do more and ask more. I feel very good about my choice.

I went to see Dr. Nolan over 10 years ago after my , then current, PCP told me I had irritation of the pericardium after a virus and concurrent chest pain that found me in ER one evening. Dr. Nolan examined me and looked at my family history in-depth. He suggested that I see a cardiologist post haste and ask them to run several critical path tests. If after the results from the cardiologist came back clear then he would further investigate whether my symptoms where related to the pericardium.Bottom line, Dr. Nolan was 100% RIGHT and my PCP was DEAD WRONG. Had Dr. Nolan not taken the time, provide the compassionate care and astute listening skills -- according to my cardiology group -- I would most likely have been buried 6ft under inside a few short months.If ever I had a need for a Rheumatologist, Dr. Nolan would be my FIRST choice! (...And btw, after my cardiovascular surgery, I promptly dropped my PCP, who will remain nameless here.)

This is the worse doctor I ever went to. Rude and condescending.

I had my initial consultation with Dr Nolan after being referred by my PCP. He asked me very thorough questions regarding my health history and current symptoms. Then followed by a very detailed examination with additional questions regarding my condition. He took time with me and made sure he answered my questions regarding my visit. He then discussed his treatment plan with me along with some sample medications to test their effectiveness on me. I've visited many physicians during my time. But this was the first time I felt I was dealing with a true specialist who knew what he was doing.

After reading the reviews on vitals.com of all of the other Rheumatologists within a 50 mile range of me, I chose Dr. Nolan. As anyone who would need to see a Rheumatologist for the first time, I was a bit concerned about level of care I could receive. Dr. Nolan was professional, thorough, and personable. He really listened and was interested in what I had to say. He wasn't intimidated or annoyed by the amount of research I'd done regarding my own health. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
