Dr. Frank Graham Pratt, MD

First of all, Anthem was NOT an accepted insurance as stated on their website and as I was told when I scheduled. Then my experience was completely surreal. The doctors office was beyond filthy and I was made to sit in a enclosed circle of chairs so that I would not be mauled by his 150 pound plus dog. Still, I held out hope. My nurse practitioner at my doctors office suggested a medication but I wanted a psychiatrist’s opinion. He said that was not what I needed. The prescription he gave me was the generic for the one the NP suggested. I had an adverse reaction and called for help. Four phone calls later, I never heard back from the doctor. They did manage to collect $350 that was supposed to be covered by my insurance. Suppose I was a patient with a fragile state of mind. What a horrible tragedy that would be at their hands. Shame.

Continually Late, unable to meet appointment times. The first appointment was left in the waiting room 2 hrs behind schedule. Runs appointments late into the evenings.

I have been seeing him for over a decade now, and he is always spot on when diagnosing issues. I have referred approx. 5 people to him, and they all have received SO much help from him. I would highly recommend him to all, although I don't think he is taking new patients at this time,, BUT please call to find out! You will not e disappointed!!

Willing to prescribe medication without regard or evaluation of issue especially in light of another Doctor's recommendation. Recommendation of meds seemingly come from either pharmaceutical kickbacks or complete disregard for actual patient care.

What an amazing psychiatrist. Yes, understaffed. Yes, very long waits, so bring sandwiches, snacks, a cooler with drinks, your favorite reading materials, and don't have anything planned for the rest of the day. That's just the way it works. Think of it as training in patience. I've had as much as a 5 hour wait past my appointment time and it was worth every minute of it. So simply bring stuff to do during the wait.

HE IS THE BEST DR. I HAD FOR MY DEPPRESION ,PANIC ATTACK, AND A FEW OTHER ILLNESS I WAS DEALING WITH .I BEEN A PATIENT FOR OVER 30 YEAR HE IS A VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING PERSON. BUT I WOULD THANK HIM VERY MUCH

Dr. Pratt is the best Dr. I have ever had the privilege to meet. I have seen at least 10 mental health Dr's and it wasn't until I went to Dr. Pratt that I realized all the previous Dr's that had tried to treat me were all frauds. Dr. Pratt is very easy to talk to, and he understands you better than you know your self by the end of the 1st visit. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent doctor! The way the office is run needs some help, tho. The office staff are competent and nice, but maybe they need more employees to get the job done. And, it has been worse lately. The positive outweighs the negative, tho. So, I won't be going to anyone else.

He sees my daughter. The only problems i have is he schedules people to close and then spends an hour and a half with each person. He stays way after 5 pm. Sometimes we don't get home till 10 or 11 pm. That is ridiculous! Another problem is the lady that answers the phone...she is rude and talks over you while you are trying to get your question out. If Dr. Pratt would just schedule right then everything would be great. I realize some people need more time but not everyone needs an hour and a half. Of yo he is going to do that then schedule them an hour and half apart and get your patients home on a good time.
