Dr. Frank Joseph Ruda, MD

Dr. Frank Ruda is an ophthalmologist who earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine. With 19 years of experience in eye care, he focuses on diagnosing and treating complex retinal conditions that can significantly impact vision.

Dr. Ruda practices at multiple Berkeley Eye Center locations throughout Texas, including Lake Jackson, Houston, Tomball, Pearland, and The Woodlands, as well as maintaining an affiliation with WVU Medicine JW Ruby Memorial Hospital.
