Dr. Frank Eugene Scarbrough, MD

Dr. Scarbrough is a native of Savannah, Georgia. He completed his undergraduate studies at Mercer University and received his doctorate degree from the Medical College of Georgia, during which time he was inducted into the national honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He completed his surgical internship at Charity Hospital/LSU Medical Center-Shreveport. He then returned to the Medical College of Georgia, where he completed his final four years of surgical training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Scarbrough is dual board certified by both the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is an active member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, and the Georgia Dental Association. He is licensed by the State of Georgia in Dentistry and in General Anesthesia.
Dr. Scarbrough …practices the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, with the surgical procedures based on evidence-based outcomes. He has a special clinical interest in dental implants and the surgical management of impacted third molars (wisdom teeth). With extensive training in outpatient anesthesia, attention is directed in providing these procedures in a pleasant and comfortable manner.
Dr. Scarbrough resides in Savannah with his wife, two sons and two dogs.  In his spare time, he enjoys boating and spending time with his family.
