Dr. Frank Joseph Stirlacci, MD

He was always an awful doctor, rude, full of him self. He never helped with anything I went to him. Both me and my husband were patients of him and we both did ot liked him. Tthe atmosphere in his office was strange , you could sense that something was not right.

I just recently became a patient of Dr. Frank. He's fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He spoke to me an a language I understood and seems genuinely concerned about my health. I'm blessed to have him as my Doctor.

I was a patient of his for about 2 years mostly in Agawam office. Sometimes Springfield. Any legal issues going on, I can’t say anything negative about him as my former doctor. He always listened, took his time with me. Everything you would look for in a primary care doc. It’s easy to tell if your doc really cares about their patients. I could tell he really wanted to help me and I wasn’t just a number. He treated me as if I was a family member. It’s too bad he’s not practicing.

was never a patient but I did attend high school with Frank Stirlacci. Whatever he was found guilty for is his business. But I will say that my experience with him from years ago ,was that he was a really good stand up guy who was very well liked. We make falls in life and this country allows 2nd chances. Im hoping that that is the case with Frank Stirlacci. I feel everyone should have a chance at redemption. Thanks

Awful doctor

awesome staff, the office manager was very helpful and alysha is a great addition to the team!

i had a new patient appointment today and was very pleased with the promptness of the staff with taking me back into a room very quickly. the doctor took a little time coming into the room, however the time and care he spent with getting to know me as a new patient made me feel very comfortable. great doctor and staff that make me look forward to going back.

I had been a pt. of Dr. Stirlacci's for 8 years and also have worked in his office 6 years ago. I also have decided to change Dr.'s due to his "office Manager" and I use that title loosely. She is extremely rude and condescending. I have requested my records be transferred to my new Dr. 3 times and still nothing. I will be calling my health insurance to file a formal complaint. Save yourself the time and aggravation and find a different provider.

DR. Stirlacci spends a lot of time with you and speaks with you more as a caring friend than a stuffy Dr. His nurses and lab staff are great but his office workers are rude!
