Dr. Frank Totta, DO

I called with urgent symptoms and I was seen same day by one of the office PA’s. Was sent straight to ED for CT scan and evaluation. Neither Dr Totta or his PA followed up after the ED visit and seemed thoroughly annoyed that I thought they should review the scan. I explained that my symptoms were no better. Dr Totta had his Nurse call me and tell me to go to an unrelated specialist and tell that doctor to order follow up tests if he thought it was necessary. When I called Totta’s office back for clarification, they did not return my call. I would not recommend this practice.

There was a situation in the office that caused a long wait, but the staff was very nice, explained it to me, and offered me the option of waiting or rescheduling. I appreciated that they were taking good care of the patient that had the situation while also looking to my needs. Dr. Totta has a great bedside manner, and laughed with me when I got a bit overwhelmed. I'd definitely recommend him.
