My husband and I are very impressed with Dr Tull. I’m our opinion is he is the best in Sr Louis metro area for hip surgery. In particular replacements. We recommend Anterior approach. The team of staff at SSM Hosp while an over night stay were professional and responsive to my husbands post op needs.

Felt immediately comfortable with Dr. Tull when he replaced my right knee 3 years ago. Will be getting the left knee replaced in a couple of weeks. I'm feeling no fear, anxiety or nerves because believe the Lord directed me to this kind, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

My visit was horrible. I asked questions from him and his answers were not good. All he cares about is money from your copay and insurance. When I said I was getting a second opinion, he flew into a rage, put his nose in the air and slammed the door behind him. He was paid over $200 for this bizarre behavior. He intimidates to get what he wants and that is your money for surgery, cause he won't make anything unless he cuts. DON'T USE THIS DOCTOR TO FEED HIS EGO!

Kind, caring and competent

Dr. Tull is a fantastic ortho Doctor. He is concise, has a great bedside manner. He takes time to explain any and all procedures. I always recommend him to all my family and friends. He has helped both my husband and I tremendously.

I didn't know Dr. Tull before I met with him, but he spent all the time I needed to answer my questions. I am now 5 weeks post-op and doing great. My surgery went fantastic! So glad I did it.

I was referred to him by a different ortho since he specializes in hips. I was so pleased with everything about him. He was so kind, very informative, patient and made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me. I was glad that he was conservative on my hip and not rushing into surgery which was my fear. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Other doctors should watch how he does things....they could learn a lot on how to treat patients.

i had a total knee replacement with Dr Frank Tull he was very good he explained everything in a way that an average person could understand if you did not have a medical background. He is very kind compassionate and caring he has an excellent bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon i would definitely recommend him to anyone with a joint problem.
