Dr. Frank James Voelker, DO

I have been seeing Dr. Voelker for almost 20 years. Dr. Voelker is one of the most amazing doctor's a patient could ask for. There may be times you are waiting, but he is worth the wait and then some. He is calm, gentle, intelligent and VERY CARING. He will spend as much time with you as you need, and you will never feel like you are "bothering" him. He has helped my family and I through some very tough times. His diagnosis are always on target and will prescribe what is best. Phone calls are returned. I have referred several of my friends and family memebers to him - they all have the same thing to say- HE IS AMAZING! His nurse, Maryanne, is just as kind and caring, too!!

My last visit was the first time I had to wait for a long time. I am sure it is because of his recent move. I am willing to wait as long as it takes because he is such a fine physician. He always follows thru, and has never mis diagnosed my problems. His mild manners and concern for your better health is the best!!!!

Always spends as much time as needed to answer questions and concerns. He is very thorough and follows up on any issues. Office staff could be better but Dr. Voelkers professionalism and caring outweigh any concerns with his office staff.

Office staff is terrible. They are rude and uncaring. I hate to call the office for test results or to ask a question, they are nasty and impatient (except one individual).Ditto - P., not professional at all. She should not be working with people.Dr Voelker is extremely professional, caring and highly qualified.His office staff is a deterrant to continuing as a patient with him.

Dr. Voelker is a caring individual. Is staff, especially Paula, is TERRIBLE. They are nasty and demeaning. I will leave his practice because of the staff.
