Dr. Frank Taylor Wootton III, MD

Dr Wootton can do colonoscopies but he is a very poor diagnostician. He often came into my appointments not having read my files or noting what meds I was taking even from his orders. Ended up I had to diagnose myself and make appointments with other doctors. I believe he is ill prepared for his specialty. You're basically on your own especially if you are a Medicare patient.

I waited for a phone call that never came on testing results. I just received a letter in the mail over a week after my procedure. Even if the results were normal and therefore we are still seeking for what ails me, I would have appreciated a phone call expressing interest and telling me the results and telling me to call and make another appointment so we can get to the bottom of my problem.

Very kind and friendly manner. Makes eye contact and listens attentively. Gives adequate time to patients without interruptions. Discusses patients health issues with patience and thoroughness. Problem solves with patient and treats patients with dignity and respect.
