Dr. Frank Lixun Zhang, MD

My first visit I only waited about 10 mins which was refreshing. Doctor asked many questions & was very informative. I like that! He informed me that my next visit would be my physical. After being seen by a prior Doctor who later abruptly moved to another state with no further notice. I have found the staff to be patient, courteous, and quick to assist you. I've watch another patient come into this office & how rude she was to the staff, but these young ladies were very respectful. I was so please I recommended my husband.

After waiting an hour in the waiting room, they called in patient ahead of me. I said something but that patient was still seen before me. Once I was taken into the room I was told that since I was a new patient that I wouldn't be able to have a physical today, today would just be taking my history. I made the appointment 1 month earlier for a physical.

Dr. Zhang is a fantastic doctor. His office staff is very polite and curtious. Both Jessica and Brittany have gone above and beyond to make sure that my insurance and medication needs are met right away. Office is small but very clean. My only complaint is the amount of time spent waiting. Very long waits, but I doctor spends a lot of time in the room with me. His staff and his accuracy in diagnoses is what I stay with the practice for.

The main problem I have with Dr. Zhang and the reason that I left his practice is his due to his highly-obnoxious staff. They are rude and incredibly unprofessional and refuses to fire them because he's afraid of ramifications so he lets them get away with crazy thing they want to do. I have told them to their faces that they should all be fired to which they smugly stated to me that "that's never gonna happen." FOR COURTEOUS STAFF I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS. Avoid this practice.

I do need a doctor who's able to read my Chinese medical document, so my friend recommended me to see Dr. Zhang, and I found Dr. Zhang was really helpful.
