Dr. Franklin Charles Buckner JR., MD

We were assigned this doctor by our insurance. My baby woke up with hives all over his body and I called this doctor at 8:30am. The recording stated that they didn't accept messages and to please call the after hours number whereupon we would receive a call within half an hour. Two hours later, we still had not heard back from them. I called the clinic and, though they were open, it still went to the recording. I called the after hours number again and they said they would get the message to the doctor. An hour later, they had still not returned my call. I finally got through to the front desk where the secretary said, "Oh, we're closed at noon" as well as a whole slew of stupid things, such as "I can schedule you for next week" and "just call a pharmacy to read the label on a Benadryl bottle." Thank goodness we will be back to our old clinic by next week.

This doctor is the best I have ever seen.He is always right on and he knows exactly what the patient needs.I love him and I will definetely be going back
