Dr. Chen came in with a confident game plan to attack my rare blood disease. This gave me the strength I needed to start this fight. I appreciate the time he took to explain the treatments and how they would support my body through any side effects!

The check in time was great. However after the CBC was complete it took the Dr 25-30 minutes to follow-up. This causes patient anxiety. NO one fromthe office checked in on me, I had to stick my head out to verify they had not forgotten about me.

Dr. Chen does not seem like a caring person. He does not explain the condition & seems to be arrogant. He is not very informative.
