I was referred to Dr. Franklin Ognelodh by my PCP in regards to a bone spur. The office is a little rundown and seems to be in need of a good cleaning. The waiting area had an old table in the middle of it that was full of orthopedic shoes that looked as though they hadn't been dusted since the 80's. I then waited for a full 1.5 hours before I was taken to the back and waited another 30 minutes inside the room for the doctor to see me. The staff kept apologizing but needless to say, I was a bit perturbed. Dr. Ognelodh seemed to be in a hurry and the whole session seemed rushed. He wanted me to come back for another visit to have an X-ray of my foot and I asked why not do the X-ray now while I'm here. He reluctantly agreed since I'd been waiting for a total of two hours and then told me I need to have surgery to fix the issue. He went over what the surgery would entail and said that it would be performed in his office. At that point I knew there was no way I was going to… have surgery at that location, it didn't seem sanitary enough at all. Pros: His staff seemed friendly enough. Cons: The long wait, the feeling of being rushed, and the office is in dire need of a good cleaning.

Dr. Ognelodh has a very good personality apart from being a genius in his profession. He has a genuine care for his clients by showing empathy, giving attention to their concerns and giving them good treatments. You will think he only does that to his clients, his crew is not left out in the way he addressed them and care for their welfare.
