Dr. Franklin Jay Rosenblat, DO

Dr. Rosenblat has been my physician for years, he has a great bedside manner and has always taken great care of my chronic issue. It is truly a pleasure to go into his office, his staff is kind and pleasant. I never have a problem getting scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this office.

Dr Rosenblatt himself is an average ok dr. But his staff is absolutly horrid. If you are not waiting three hours for your appointment then they talking to you with an attitude and cutting you off mid sentence. I really wigh there was someone else accepted by my insurance i could see.

I found Dr Rosenblat very pleasant & helpful. His office is busy as most medical offices & waiting is normal where ever you go, now days. In reading some of the review from patients I must state that every time I have gone to his office the staff is very pleasant & very busy. Although it is a small office his one-girl front desk person does very well with keeping patients taken care of....as far as collecting prior to seeing the doctor, well times have changed & this process is done at every medical office I have been to. Patience & Change is something a lot of us don't seem to process well but should be practiced. Although some of my doctors are not as pleasant or committed I still appreciate all they do, they are human too. Respectfully a typical human being.

Took 3 weeks to get appointment. Receptionist demanded payment before seeing Dr. The prescription he wrote worked, but I never received results from the $1,500.00 of blood work he ordered. He never sent a report to my primary doctor, or contacted me for a follow up visit. I didn't mention the over an hour wait to get in.

Called to schedule an appointment and no one called me back. Only scheduled an appointment when my general practitioner's office called. Called for an urgent matter over the weekend and never received a phone call back. In addition to that, the office staff was emotionally devoid, robotic and unresponsive. I felt that my health issues were not important enough for an appointment or a follow-up phone call. I'm pretty low-maintenance but I expect professionalism, courtesy, communication and respect. Didn't get it there.
