Dr. Frantz Narhum Moise, MD

Absolutely adore Dr Moise..I have been his patient for 20 years and I can attest to the fact that he is the most caring and brilliant doctor especially for ADHD. He is reliable and none of the negative reviews on here hold merit. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for the best treatment and diagnosis! A+++

Honestly, the worst doctor I have been to. 0 stars is truly in order here. Unreliable, uncaring, unsympathetic. Doesnt care about his patients like he makes it seem. Absolutely horrible the things I had gone through while having him as my doctor. Never again will I go to this abomination of a psychiatrist

Dr. Moise is no longer accepting patients. He is now kicking people out out of his practice. He will never call pharmacy for medication if you run out of pills even if you have see him every 3 months for an appointment. The reason being he is only open 2 days a week for 4 hours a day and takes a lot of time off, so you can barely an appointment with him to refill your medication. That being said I have interviewed 18 psychiatrists and none of them are working out. So I’m stuck with no psychiatrist because of him abandoning me. Would not recommend him again.

Dr. Frantz Moise held me against my will at Sagamore Children’s Hospital in Dix Hills in 1999 & 2000 for 8 months at age 14 & 15 where he overmedicated my PTSD with antipsychotic drugs and ECT against mine and my family’s will and when challenged contacted CPS & tried to convince a Suffolk county NY judge to make me a ward of NY state & recommended the state take me from a healthy loving and supportive home all because I confessed I had been molested by a babysitter in another country as a child. He never even explained to my family what I had revealed and the judge shamed him before releasing me after bringing this to a 15 hour trial. He seems to think bisexuals and gays are suffering from an illness & was cold and cruel to me even keeping a real human skull on his desk and telling me my t shirt with one on it was “inappropriate”. This man is the face of evil and he is complicit with destroying families purely for the financial benefit of having control over the fate of his… adolescent patients. This man quite literally tortured me & I do not understand how he could possibly live with himself except that he appears to be a sociopath himself.

Awesome Doctor! Highly recommend especially for adult ADHD and child ADHD. Amazing diagnostician.

Dr. Moise is the best psychiatrist I have met. He is kind, thoughtful and most important insightful of the issues you bring to the table. He communicates and asks questions. He is a saint.

He believes antipsychotics are the answer for everything and refuses to treat any symptoms beyond that treatment. Horrible

Seen my share of really bad doctors and had one outstanding one, Dr. Moise comes a close 2nd to my outstanding one. Always attentive and offering suggestions and options on how to resolve issues. Doesn't rush you out the door and not a med pusher. I like him very much and I'm a very mistrustful and picky individual, but he gets my nod of approval. I would certainly recommend him.
