Dr. Schneider was exceptional in discussing my issues & the way each should be dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable about every area of my problems & understood my concerns. Dr. S reassured me that answers could be found after testing. The tests were a breeze, & I now know that my problems are defined & that biopsies done will be completed in a couple of weeks. All good.

Went to see him about having constant diarrhea. Was told that I needed a colonoscopy. Had that done. As I was waking up, I saw him about to walk out the door. I asked him 3 questions and got 3 very short answers. Q. How many polyps did I have? A. None. Q. What about the hemorrhoid? A. Surgery Q. What is causing my diarrhea? A. I don’t know. He then walked out the door. Never did find out why. Maybe my insurance wasn’t good enough.

Great Doctor, but the appointment process is REALLY BAD. If you do not make an appointment at the office, it is nearly impossible to make one. I started seeing the Doctor and I really liked his approach and methods of treatment, but I cannot an appointment through the phone or on-line to see him for follow ups. This is very frustrating. I understand waiting a while for an appointment, at least you would know the date and time.

THIS IS A VERY FRIENDLY DR IF YOU DON'T EVERY HAVE ANY ISSUES (CROHNS) WHERE YOU NEED HIM TO AID IN YOUR CARE. DOES NOT CARE MUCH WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY, ITS ALL ABOUT WHAT HE WILL DO AND WHAT HE WON'T DO. PERIOD. I ENDED UP IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM AFTER TRYING TO GET HELP FOR MY CROHNS FOR A MONTH. I KNOW MY BODY BUT HE JUST WOULD NOT LISTEN, TOLD ME I HAD HEMROIDS AND SENT ME ON MY WAY...

Dr. Schneider is an excellent doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner! I have moved to the other side of town, but my husband and I continue to drive back to Clear Lake to remain in his care!
