Dr Dawson's Billing person is horrible. I was trying to get a bill paid and she was unwilling to work with me and hung up on me. I called and told them that my insurance denied payment on accident and they need to resubmit the bill and my insurance will pay them. She said she needed a reference number from my insurance. So I called my insurance and got the reference number. I called her back and gave her the reference number and she said it was wrong. I told her that when my insurance gave me the number I repeated it to this d they said it was correct. Dr Dawson's Billing lady said the number is wrong and I said I am trying to get you paid, don't you want to help me and she said "THE ONLY THING I WANT IS TO GO HOME AND IT IS THAT TIME, And SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I tried to call the office back and got the recording that they were closed. I was trying to get them paid and all she needed to do was resubmit the claim and she wouldn't. Can you imagine how she would treat someone disputing… their bill. DO NOT use this offices services!!
