Dr. Ferdinand Conrad Diblasio, MD

I had a cystoscopy performed due to a history of recurrent UTI's. I was promised by Dr Diblasio that his procedure would not hurt and I read similar information when I looked up the procedure online. So I had no reason to suspect anything would go wrong. When Dr Ferdinand did this procedure on me, it felt like he took a metal rod, set it on fire, and inserted it into my urethra. The pain was like a white hot fire and I immediately asked to stop the procedure. Dr Diblasio insisted it would be over quickly and it was nothing. When the procedure was over, I could not sit straight it was so ungodly awful. I was in so much pain, I felt like I needed to go the emergency room. I was about to call my husband to drive me before his nurse finally gave me a shot of painkillers. Dr DiBlasio kept insisting I was "fine", "too young", "normal", and "healthy." I literally had to raise my voice at him before he said "Oh, I know what the problem is...you have scar tissue." I was later told by another… urologist that I did not have scar tissue and Dr Diblasio was most likely covering up for not knowing what was wrong with me. In private, the nurse assisting Dr Diblasio told me that what happened to me wasn't right and I need to see a different urologist. HIS OWN NURSE! His behavior was disgusting and I have never before this procedure or after felt this much pain or had a doctor be so completely blaze about pain I was feeling.

Practicing good medicine is his sole goal!
