I wish I’d read some of the reviews before dealing with this office. Please read them so you don’t make the same mistake I did. It started off when I asked to leave a message for the doctor to return my call when I didn’t like how his nurse was talking to me about refilling a prescription that was due to expire soon. Her words were, “the doctor will not be calling you” and she hung up on me. I called back and asked someone else to speak with the doctor. He refused to even listen to my concern and promptly hung up the phone when I said I had a concern about one of his employees. I’m not quite sure how they are still in business. If you like being treated like **** this is the place to go. Otherwise I would find a different office. Thankfully there are lots of alternatives. I’ll never be back.

Extremely extremely rude company. Fred and his minions handle patient care with horrible tact. I'm on medicaid and I have had to call my insurance to negotiate with them twice. They have harassed me threatened to send me to collections even though my insurance asked for the bill, and said that my insurance assured them payment twice, and now today they have sent me to collections. All because the staff here is too incompetent to figure out how to send the bill to my insurance. Fred answered none of my questions while at the hospital, and his staff is extremely rude and tactless. Do yourself a favor and find literally anyone else to take care of you. He does ER work at trios. Do yourself a favor and go to Kadlec in an emergency situation, you do not want to be tangled up with this company. I would give them no stars if it were possible. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves the way you treat people.

Front desk personnel have horrific attitudes. The Billing lady who fills in for the nurse (is that even legal) has a horrible attitude and is unable to get the billing correct. Dr. Foss need to retire. does not listen to patients and is rude. Do yourself a favor don’t waste your time at this doctor.

Receptionists (both) are very rude, mad at the world and snobby. Billing has no clue what they are doing especially with Medicare. Every one in the office is unprofessional except the doctor. His methods are a little dated but he is polite and professional. It needs to trickle down the chain

Thank goodness we will be seeing a different specialist with our 87-year-old father later today. Two months ago we had an appointment with Dr. Foss to assess why our father was having a blockage and retention following a severe car accident. Upon arrival, Dr. Foss was not only disrespectful to our father, but cavalier and condescending to the care-taker. He offered no medical information, nor any suggestions regarding what tests might be needed to determine the cause of the problem; we left with absolutely no reason to have tortured our father with the travel to, at, and from the appointment. Today we will be seeing a new specialist and are excited to seek effective medical help for our father. Do not use Dr. Foss if your parent is elderly and not capable of making medical decisions; take your business elsewhere.

Very long wait after multiple reminders to be on time. Very rude and would not provide explanation of reason for tests. Also rude to his staff.

Dr Foss did surgery for kidney stones, it went well, but the follow up app. to remove U. Stent was a nightmare with all three office staff..lack of communication not professional at all. Would not make an effort to get reports...that's their job! Never go there again. Will drive the extra miles for friendly and professionals to Yakima Urolgy

I had an appointment with Dr Foss and found his staff to be very helpful with my insurance questions. My appointment was thorough and I left feeling like my medical questions were addressed.
