Dr. Fred Blake Hom, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Hom since the 90s and I have always had great care. He has listened to my questions and asked his own as well. He genuinely cares and it shows. I interviewed 3 doctors before becoming Dr. Hom's patient. The office is neat and orderly; the staff is responsive; Dr. Hom took 20 minutes out of his day to see and speak with me - no co-pay, no bill, just an interview to see if I wanted him as a doctor. I have been fortunate and I am proactive in maintaining good health. Dr. Hom has encouraged me and when needed treated me.

Dr. Hom is one of the best doctors I've known. He is so pleasant, understandable and cares for his patients.

The staff is extremely rude, The doctor is even worse and does not seem to understand the concept of normal, civilized behavior. Perhaps he just doesn't give a #%$! I noticed that many of his patients are Asian immigrants who speak little or no English. I really feel sorry for them. OTOH, this office will treat you badly regardless of your race.

The culture of this practice is the worst I've ever seen. Everybody yells and u cannot get a word in edgewise.

Very rude staff (who shouts at you), indifferent doctor. Nothing going for this office. I was very disappointed with my experience.
