I'm a single mom of four. My son was supposed to have surgery in Talladega but they scheduled it for sylacauga which is much much farther and told me the Day Before the surgery expected me at seven am. I let them know I have a six year old son and no family in this town. My son gets on the bus at seven and the school doesn't even open the door until seven fifteen. I said the earliest I could personally be there would be about 745. They wouldn't accommodate me. That's terrible. He wants to bill insurance but can't accommodate the person responsible for his payroll. Tsk tsk. I was literally in tears bc munford elementary had my son writing sentences bc he can't hear them. He needed that surgery. I can never be there that early as I am a single mom. I tried explaining it to the nurse who called, but they were unsympathetic and unhelpful.

Will not return you calls and talk to you l had a mri on my face and had to call about it after 2 weeks because no one called
