I seen Dr. Nagel over 30 years ago. He was so kind and caring. He also seen my husband. I’ve wished many times through the years that I lived closer to where he practices. He looks the same.

Have always been greeted by the staff courteously every time I have an appointment. When escorted to the exam room I have always been treated with the respect and privacy one would and should expect from their health care provider and staff.

Nothing about this clinic is nice. The waiting area is old and outdated and smells. The staff is unfriendly from the minute you walk in the door. A simple hello would be nice. Long wait times, even when there is no other attention in the waiting room. The nurse taking me was was rude and didn't speak as well. She kinda acted like she wasn't happy to be there. Dr Nagel himself seems arrogant or at the very least burned out. Questions were not answered. When he told me I should expect a call about a referral the very next day, it actually took three constant weeks of me calling everyday to get something done. The clinic might be ok if you have something minor like a cold or scrap. However if you need medical care do not go there! Scary place!

Dr. Nagel was just that he is a doctor, did not appear to care about me. I have no insurance and the clinic was acomadating in that they will give you a discount if you pay the FULL bill the day of the visit.... My first visit was almost $500 including labs. My main concern was that after the visit the office took over 3 days to call in / e-prescribe my routine medication and then was Rx was wrong and incomplete. The staff let the phone ring without answering for a long period. I have called on several occasions and received a recording about a cell phone not being answered to try again later. Being in the office there is always at least 2 people at the front desk - one or both with cell phone in hand and the phone ringing. If I could just rate the clinic service, I would give them a ZERO if it were possible. No other clinic would see me without insurance.
