Dr. Freddie Pasco Dial, MD

For 4+ years I have mentioned to my Drs. that my Thyroid must not be functionally right. My hair was falling out and several other problems. All did blood work and said it was " in normal range". Well it was not. He called me as soon as he got the results and doubled my medication. Subsequent blood work showed it was now the right dose. He is kind and takes the time to listen to your concerns. His staff is wonderful too.

Dr. Dial is the best, he listens to you and makes sure you understand how to best handle your problem. I can't understand anyone not liking this doctor or the fact he doesn't make you wait, takes time to explain anything you question.

Horrible, awful, does not know how to treat thyroid disease.

Doctor Dial's office was very unorganized and lots of communication issues with the staff. I will never go here again. Dial was the most unprofessional, egotistical, rudest doctor I have ever met. I went to get my thyroid checked because I have six nodules on my thyroid and two being very abnormal to the point where they are sticking out of my neck. I had already gotten an ultrasound and he told me that I needed to get a thyroid scan and a biopsy. The office staff said they sent in my authorizations to get approved by my medical group and after a week of nothing heard I called my medical group to see what was taking to long and they said they hadn't sent in any requests. So I called Dial's office and they obviously didn't know what they were talking about and told me ten different things. Then a week later the biopsy people called me and told me the doctor told them that they needed to schedule me for a biopsy so I did. Then the day before my biopsy appt Dial calls me saying that the… authorization for the scan went through and it needed to be scheduled. I was very confused considering the biopsy people told me I didn't need a scan just a copy of my ultrasound and as I was telling Dial what they told me he got very upset and said "are they your doctor? No I'm your doctor you need to listen to me" as I was in shock by his tone I asked him a few questions to further my understanding of this dilemma and he said "you don't question me I'm the doctor here" and I replied "there is no need to be rude I was just asking questions" and then he replied "you know what you need to find another doctor." Then I hungup because I was so appalled by this. I do not recommend this doctor he has no clue what he is doing and does not care about his patients whatsoever. I will be calling more people to complain.

Dr. Dial and his staff are the best. They are caring, professional, and make you feel important. I highly recommend Dr. Dial. I have been going to him for over 10 years.

The wait wasn't that long and his staff was really nice, family environment so I felt very welcomed being a new patient. Dr Dial answered all my questions in a way that I could understand and he did emphasize the importance of eating right, exercising and "following doctor's orders" in order for me to get better or control my diabetes. I would recommend Dr Dial to anyone who wants a caring and knowledgeable doctor!!! Thanks Doc... =)

Dr Dial is an excellent doctor, very knowledge and understanding. He emphasized the importance of eating right and exercising in order to balance my lifestyle. His staff is very polite and always smiling, very warm and inviting. Dr Dial even answered one of my forgotten question as we were walking out of the room, thank you very much Dr Dial!

Lots of confusion re treatment options, referral, Rx, etc. A real disconnect between the Dr. and support staff which makes it difficult if you are the patient.
