Front office incompetent. Have to have a referral for every visit and take time off from work. Front desk messed up my appointment and now I have to start the process all over again; please hire quality, efficient, and caring staff.

doctor are nice but Gracie morales is so rude, you don'twanna go back again they treat you like a a retired and no help

The Dr seems nice enough but trying to get him to get my specialty medicine ordered is becoming a real nightmare. I move here from another state and have had to get refills from my other Dr inorder to get the medicine I need. Also the fact that he charges $25 if you call to have a prescription filled or refilled is absolutely ridiculous. We will see what happens when my next refill is due.

I originally went to see him because I came down with pneumonia. Dr. Morales was pleasant at first. His office staff needed a lot of work. I was so sick who cares. I had been diagnosed with pneumonia at ER. My PCP refereed me to him. He ordered another CT. He was disorganized, did not have the Radiology Report. He kept insisting on a PFT test. I did the test. Every time I went to the office he did not have the Information. My last visit I was still in major pain and could not breath. I had just used my Inhalers to breath. I had to tell him what day I came for the PFT test. I told him about my pains in my lungs and breathing difficulties. When I insisted on my PFT results and asked some questions Dr. Morales got aggravated and told me he my lung were in bad shape they had no oxygen coming out. I needed to go back to my PCP. He could not help me. What kind of a Doctor has a person with COPD and severe lung problems come in and do test, charge money, bill insurance and treat a patient… very rude until they cry because they can't breath and hurt and tell them they can't help them!! Maybe this is why I have been told Not to use Metroplex Doctors or Hospital!

I have gone there a few times and I am ready to call it quits. Dr Morales decided that his lunch was more important than keeping his appointments! I sat there waiting for him for 2 hours before he decided to actually come back to work!! It must be great to be able to charge people if they are late but not have to keep to the same standards! Also it takes forever to get an appointment in the first place so I really dont recommend this office!

Staff very unorganized. Wait time was 45 minutes for 1st visit and 1 hour second visit. Lots of paperwork to fill out stating the Doctors office "will not" do, accept, be responsible for, etc. Not a very nice Dr. Office to visit. I will not go back.

it is hard to get an appointment quickly, but they are really kind to me, the staff as well as Dr. M. Dr Morales and the nurses are rally great, and have helped me so much with my breathing problems. He has been vigilant about tweaking my medications to keep me getting better, when I think many doctors would say, "good enough."

Dr. Morales is AMAZING. However, the staff is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL except for (Crystal) Gracie, whoever that is, is constantly rude. Dr. Morales is WONDERFUL in diagnosing and treating you but that Gracie lady makes it so you NEVER want to go there again. They need to speak with their staff about RESPECT!

Dr Freddie Morales is great, he listens very carefully just overall a great doctor. However his billing department is not very good. Back in 2007 I made a copay as usual before you can see the doctor and they didn't record the payment properly, sent copies and still have not been credited with the payment. So make sure you keep a payment records when you visit the doctor! now 2011 still trying to fix this!

Experienced and very caring. Good bedside maner. Spend the appropriate time with his patients and answer all questions referent to the disease and more. Great with follow up treatment and plans. Holistic and humanitary. Family oriented. Great at diagnosing medical problems. Super professional. Caring staff.
