This was my first time at this location, I was able to be seen same day I called which was great. The wait was longer than I expected. Other than that staff was great , nice , great attitudes. Dr.Freddie Reynolds was nice and knowledgeable.

He's been wonderful the whole time I've been with his practice. He finds things that I would not have known about otherwise outside of any female issues. And takes the time with us and talks about any of our concerns, not rushing to the next person. He's been truly wonderful.

Very professional & kind. Great staff. Like the rules posted entering the waiting room to keep crowds and pandemonium down while waiting for appointments. The fact you survey your patients to improve customer service says a lot. My GP's office needs a lesson from your staff on how to treat patients with dignity!

Dr. Reynolds is SO kind and you can tell that he is very knowledgeable and wise in his field. Him and his nurses have created the most accommodating and caring practice that I?ve personally ever visited. I use to hate going to see my gynecologist as I am very anxious & always tense, but Dr. Reynolds and his nurse are so comforting it makes me not dread my visits anymore. My last visit I had the Kyleena IUD inserted, and Dr. Reynolds said ?I?m also going to prescribe you an antibiotic just in case. I think of my daughter and how I would want her to be taken care of, so I would like for you to be taken care of as well.?. That statement in itself shows that any woman will be in the absolute best care when seeing Dr. Reynolds. I will never see a different doctor or practice, thanks to him and his nurses!
