Dr. Frederic Dewil, MD

The worst provider I ever seen in any medical profession. We Went there for an appointment for a family member our appointment was at 2:00 they rescheduled the appointment for 3:00 without notifying the patient. We get there the interpreter requested was extremely late showed up after the appointment was over . We had no interpreter. We go into the office Dr. Dewil walks in with an attitude once he sees my family member had a condition that he wasn’t specialized in which i clearly asked before scheduling the appointment . You would think this could have been told to us before the appointment… no he literally gave us an attitude through the paperwork and says I need all the notes from her treatments which we had already requested. He said I need the progress notes why did this doctor picked this specific medication and why wasn’t a biopsy done?…. My question was if you don’t treat this condition why did you even see us today and want all this information and records . So he told us come… back in a months and I want all records of treatment. So I’m like okay maybe he can help us after all made an appointment. we go there a month later says he’s not a specialist on condition with an attitude he can’t help her. So why did you even want to see us in a month? To tell us this? If you don’t treat this condition and you clearly review all treatments and records before seeing the patient…. Why weren’t we called and appointment wasn’t cancelled???..He then orders labs and a 6 minute walk uhm I thought you don’t treats this condition?….. so we clearly told him you knew u couldn’t treat this condition and just seen us again to tell us you can’t help us and wasting our time ? not including delaying her treatments because he wants to get a pay day . If you want good treatment don’t even bother …his bedside manner is unprofessional and extremely rude and arrogant. Save yourself the headache look for another provider and always check the ratings because this provider’s ratings are less than a 3 for a reason. As a medical professional myself this place is absolutely a disgrace and unprofessional

What an off putting man! He literally looks down his nose at you and is completely dismissive of anything you say. God forbid you try to make a joke -- he looks at you like you've got three heads. Without exception, this was the most uncomfortable time I've ever spent with another human being and I will never return to that office. As creepy as he is, his office staff is equally as rude and vile. How is this a healing practice? SMH ...

I have to say in my 40+ years on this planet, I have never come across a doctor more childish, condescending, rude and just plain lack of some house manners. I think it's time for Mr. Dewil to hang up the white coat and find another profession. This man is by far the worst doctor I have ever met. Fortunately, because of this great country we live in, I never have to see this man's face again. Would not recommend this guy..EVER! Buyer beware!
