Dale is the office manager and front desk administrator. Dale is usually the first …person a new patient will meet in our office. She is very skilled at putting patient’s fears at ease and answering any questions regarding insurance and payment plans. Dale has been with the practice since 1984.
Marilyn is the chair side assistant. Marilyn is highly qualified to work closely with Dr. Mrugala, as a team, in making a dental procedure a pleasant experience .Marilyn is diligent in implementing infection control protocol. Marilyn has been with practice since 1986.
Kathy is the dental hygienist. Kathy is highly qualified and experienced in maintaining the dental hygiene of patients and educating them on how to best keep up a program of good oral hygiene at home. Kathy is very knowledgeable regarding new technology best suited to each individual’s oral needs. Kathy also is diligent in implementing infection control protocol for the office. Kathy has been with the practice since 1996.
Mary Erin is the administrative assistant to the entire staff. The majority of Mary Erin's time is spent at the front desk assisting Dale, but she is also quite capable of pouring up models, developing x-rays and making bleach trays as well as numerous other lab duties. Mary Erin has been with the practice since 2004.
