I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience I had with this doctor was so bad that people need to know. I’ve been with this doctor for 8+ years. First, he has misinformed me about my diagnosis. He didn’t completely explain to me what I have. He kept prescribing me medication that did not help whatsoever. I got worse and worse. Second, I’ve decided to change doctors and wanted to retrieve my records from this doctor’s office. I had called ahead of time and his secretary told me that she would prepare them ahead of time for pick up. When I got there, this doctor did not want to release my records to me. He demanded that I pay $1 per page. The total came out to $80. Not only that, the records given to me had doubles and were incomplete! On top of that, he threw the papers at me instead of handing them to me properly! Horrible manners

Blew off consultation his office insisted I needed prior to procedure. After waiting for him to show for 2 hours had to be performed by nurse practitioner. Then late for actual procedure at which time chief concern seemed to be in having me sign and initial all waivers. Cell phone constantly going off with a quacking duck ( get it - Doctor / quack ), ringtone. Arrogant blowhard with no manners whatsoever. Left me on table anesthetized while he took personal calls. Then explained how hard it is to secure a burial plot which is what everyone wants to hear about prior to being sedated. Ear has not stopped ringing ( Tinnitus ), since what he described at the most routine of the procedures that apparently he couldn't actually perform. Would not use if ( literally ) the last Dr. on earth.

i AM 84 YRS OLD. Have been a patient of Dr. Wien Many office and hospital visits for for over 25 years. He is a very good doctor and friend. He gave good care and advice He knows his medical specialty and was always available when needed. I am still here in pretdty good health.

This extremely difficult and arrogant person is one to avoid, only in it for money, no people skills. Extremely long wait time

I think, given the reviews recently, he hasn't changed since 1999 when my husband had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with him. He told me my husband was "TOO TIME CONSUMING" Though my husband passed away long ago, that memory still stings.

Very poor communication skills. Extremely condescending to patient and families. Needs to go back to medical school to remediate bedside manner. Not a patient advocate. If any complexities arise in the patient's case, he'll throw his hands up and give-up.

I did have to wait a long time in waiting room but he was very friendly to me and explained everything and was not one bit rude to me did not have a bad experience the front desk lady was rude but he know his stuff and helped me .

narcissistic, uncaring, money oriented nasty man

I encountered him when I was a patient at Valley Hospital. His bedside manner is gruff and unprofessional (despite the fact that he takes the time to remind you every other sentence of his years of experience). He doesn't care what you have to say or other doctors have to say and when you ask him a question which calls into question his pronouncements he merely says that he doesn't have time for this and walks away. He makes absolutely everything adversarial. I don't understand why a man like him is allowed to practice medicine or allowed to interact with people in general.

the receptionist is the meanest and most un-personal person you'll ever meet. strictly business and doesn't care at all about your needs or what you want, she should work in a factory not in the medical field. the medical field is about personalizing treatment. i tried having a conversation with her and all she would do is speak over me and not let me get a word in. this happened SEVERAL times and when i tried asking to speak to the dr she said he's just going to treat me the same way. THEE WORST. i walked out.
