Dr. Frederick F Bartlett, MD

He did a vascular bypass on my leg. He is probably the best vascular surgeon at Mt Auburn. He is not overly friendly or talkative BUT I'm not going to dinner with him! I go to him because he is a brilliant surgeon. I worked at the hospital and I know how well respected he is by the other doctors.

I had a very positive surgical experience with Dr. Bartlett. He did a great job and was very empathetic Surgeon.

Dr Bartlett performed surgery on me 4 times in 12 months. I traveled from Florida to Boston just to have him do my surgery. I believe I’m alive today thanks to his skills as a surgeon.

Not friendly.

I had an MRI on my head. Thinking I may have a tumor on my head . Must of been over 20 phone calls and he would not take 2 minutes to call me back. I had to go to the hospital to get the MRI results and read them my self. Worst experience ever! MRI center sent results 1 hour after the MRI STAY AWAY.. BAD BAD BAD

Waited upwards to an hour and only saw me for less than 5 minutes. Left the room after diagnosis and gave me no explanation or direction as to what I can do.

I waited 45 minutes after my appt time to be seen and my appt consisted of a total of 5 minutes. I wish I had left before being seen and would never return to this practice. He lectured to me as to why I was there, said he would contact my other doctors and exited the office.

It really seems that Dr. Bartlett has some personal problems that are inhibiting his abilities as a doctor. He claimed to be concerned about my medical condition during my visits but did very little to try to get me a diagnosis. In the end he sent me on my way with no diagnosis and no direction as to where to go from there. That is not to mention that he failed to write a prescriptions time and time again (even after several phone calls and visits to his office reminding him to do so), which caused to me to miss an appointment I waited months for.
