Finding a new PCP. To replace my longtime now retiring PCP was difficult. It was suggested that I call Town Hall Health Center, my preferred location, where I received immediate and excellent help finding a Dr I immediately liked.

Dr. Frederick Bulacan provided the most comprehensive medical care I have ever received. Considering that I am 72 years old and a Registered Nurse that praise is significant. The medication changes and discussion of my health concerns resulted in immediate improvement of my previous shortness of breath and chronic cough. I highly recommend Dr. Bulacan. The improvement in my activities of daily living due to the changes he made to my medications is allowing me to exercise and achieve a level of physical activity that surprised me.

Dr. Bulacan saw me on short notice and was very kind, informative and helpful in my care. He thoroughly explained and got me the help I needed.

The Doctor and his staff well very nice and I enjoyed my visit.

Dr. Bulacan was a terrible doctor. He was very unpleasant and rude and totally disregarded what I had to say about my condition. He was incorrect as well. I would never see him again and would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr Bulacan has been my doctor for many years. He is very patient with my husband and I. If i need a referal it is done within minutes. He gives a little touch on the back as a show of care.
