Dr. Drake operated on endocrine problems and those can be complicated. He spent lots of time with me and my mother, drawing pictures and explaining how everything would go during and after the operation. I liked how patient he was with the explanations.

I saw this doctor with my father who was diagnosed with a terminal skin cancer. I've never seen someone deliver difficult news in a way that was simultaneously straightforward and gentle. Nothing was sugar coated, but Dr. Drake so obviously cared about my father and the news he was sharing -- it just made me want to write this review.
