He has no compassion for his patients. Always in a hurry. And his computer is what is important to him. Never go back!

I would not recommend him to anyone. He is heartless and a horrible doctor. he let my father die. I would give him 0 stars

Dr. French is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very honest. He is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I would recommend him highly!

I would not reccomened this man to anyone. I have since learned from another Dr that I have chronic pancreatitus. Saw this Dr for years and he was never able to diagnose me with ANYTHING.. despite my having multiple expensive uncomfortable tests on numerous occasions. I was told at the hospital they dread the days he preforms his tests because of the sheer overwhelming volume he crams into his short time there. Very dissapointed

would not listen to me only said just a minute and would start talking into his computor, did expensive tests and still didn;t catch the problem after years finally did the test that needed and gave me the choice of drs, in roswell and I wanted Lubbock , so his tacky arrogant nurse was nice for the first time when she let me know he would not help me find a dr. in lubbock, and that he was out of it since I didn't want to use his surgeons.My two daughters have tried to get me to change drs. after they went in with me, they both said he was the most arrogant dr. they have ever seen, for me he is one of two most arrogant drs I have seen in my over 60 yrs and was treated like I was lesser than he...........just so arrogant.

Going to Dr.French was the worst experience I've ever had with a Doctor. He spends no more than five to ten minutes with you and prescribes the same medication and tests for every single patient. He completely ignored my concerns and opinions! He sits and pays attention more to his computer and getting his money than anything! He even had that my mother was alive and I told him she passed two years ago. He blames all of your problems on being fat! I had elevated liver enzymes and was very concerned due to my mother starting out with the same problems. I took myself off of medication because he would not listen; he told me my enzymes were elevated because I was fat and needed to get as skinny as possible. Well guess what. After taking myself off medication and starting milk thistle my levels are PERFECT and I'm still FAT as he would say! I sent them a copy of labs and his nurse left me a message "well what else do you want from us?" How about an explanation as to why my… levels are fine now! If all he wants is money or does not want to work anymore DON'T! I then called and told them I did not want to be a patient anymore and they had the nerve to send me a letter that they were dismissing me I'm sure for coverage so I wouldn't sue for malpractice! Do not go to a physician that diagnosis people with the same thing which includes oh you're just fat and treats the same way! He's putting multiple lives in danger because he just doesn't care! Please find another GI who will treat you with respect and concern that you deserve!
