Dr. Frederick Jay Hardin, MD

Dr Hardin is professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my issue very quickly and started me on the appropriate medication. I highly recommend his care.

First time seeing Dr. Hardin, very friendly, listened to our concerns, took care of getting us in to have tests done within one week. Would recommend to my family & friends.

Takes 3 days for them to call you back. They always screw up the insurance. Will not check on anything. You are better off going to your primary care doctor. At lease they will call you back.

A life saver, he truly listens to his patients.

Impossible to contact the office and get an answer. Had a complication from a procedure and it took 5 calls to convince someone I had a problem. The Radiologist I was referred to was furious what happened. Dr Hardin deserves a better staff. They are hurting his reputation.

Dr. Hardin himself is a great Dr. With great bedside manner. His office staff is the problem. Took three + weeks to get the results from tests when the results were in the office two days after biopsy. Insurance woud not cover one of the meds prescribed the pharmacy sent a fax letting the staff know. A week later still nothing. The whole staff needs to be fired.

So difficult to schedule. You are treated like a pain in the butt when you inquire. They tell you they will call you back with test results but NO CALL EVER. Not even after persistent inquiries. I'm still in pain but no one cares. None of my complaints are for Dr Hardin himself.

Spent time with both myself and my husband explaining my diagnosis which was very difficult for me. He was very kind. I would definitely refer others to him. I have seen another Gastro in the past.

Dr. Hardin is one of the most compassionate, and thoughtful doctors I have encountered in my long term battle with Crohn's disease. He has suggested treatment options which have managed the symptoms, and has taken care to evaluate the other side effects of the disease, including seeking opinions and consultations from other doctors within the area. This is the sort of treatment that anyone with a chronic condition can appreciate, as so many of the other issues can be just as distressing and difficult. Dr. Hardin is the sort of doctor that will listen to your needs, and help you find a treatment plan which is right for you, including finding the right specialists to help with your care.
