Dr. Frederick Arnold Jensen, MD

Dr J has been in my life for 10 years now. He and his staff are always very friendly. The Dr always gives me all the time I need and as my RA advances he always make sure to give me the truth. He talks to me and assures me when I need it most. He has a way of explaining things in a way that you and I will understand. Not in terms we have to research! Thank you Doc.

Fantastic doctor with an exceptional team. He's born and raised in the Pacific NW and very talented.

Dr Jensen has some of the rudest staff I have ever been around, Dr jensen never remember who I am when I tell him I am getting worse He makes me feel like its all in my head. He always acts like its a bother to have you there you wait so long to get in to the office and when he comes in he only spends 10 mi nutes with you.

I saw Dr. Jensen a number of times over the span of 6 months or so. Not only did he incorrectly diagnose me more then one time, he never remembered my name, my age, any of my symptoms, never wrote anything down. He seemed more interested in talking about grocery shopping or reading the catalogue in his office than listening to what I was saying or in helping me in any way. Instead of a proper diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis, he decided all I really needed was a good nights rest. Needless to say I dropped him as a provider and moved on to a better Doctor in Virginia Mason Federal Way, one hour further to drive but a kind Doctor who properly diagnosis. I would never recommend Dr. Jensen to anyone. Terrible.

He can sometimes seem a bit gruff, but underneath is very caring & has a good sense of humor. He is extremely knowledgeable in his area, I trust his judgment & would recommend him to friends or family.I hope he never retires!

Dr.Jensen had looked over my medical information before he came into the room.He was insightful as to the gout problem I was experiencing, explained my options very clearly as to the medications I could use, and encouraged me to come back for a follow up visit if necessary. Great communication skills. "A" plus Doctor and I will go back again when necessary.

Office staff is not professional, dont know if they didnt tell him that I had adverse reactions to meds or what but never got a call about what to do next. Nurse was rude. They cannot admit when they make a mistake even with concrete evidence in writing.

So far he has been nice and seems to really know his stuff. As for the office staff, his receptionist is always kind of angry and rude.

I saw the doctor for the first time having issues with my right wrist. He was not caring and actually tried to scare me when I refused surgery. My wrist is good now without any surgery.
